Jerónimo is a young boy who lives on a beach on the Colombian Pacific coast where he arrived with his mother after being forcibly displaced. After his mother's death, Jerónimo hears about a local legend that claims that some people turn into whales after their death. With the help of his friends he undertakes a perilous journey to find her.

Orphaned at the age of 8, Juan is raised by his fisherman grandfather in the village of El Valle on the Colombian Pacific coast, bordered by one of the world's largest primary forests. Since the death of his parents, Juan has had only one idea in mind: to go and see the whales that travel along the coast every year. With his two best friends, Juan decides to defy the odds to make his dream come true.

ABOUT

"Rivers of griefs" is the story of six underage girls who were abused by the same man, who impregnated them and forced them to flee without assuming the paternity of their children. After Santo's death, the lawyer Fernando Merchán, together with his childhood friend María Luisa, who was one of the victims, initiate a judicial process to seek justice. Cira, a 12-year-old peasant girl was also a survivor, but along with some other girls was not included in the case.
